  I was told the food was awesome so a large group of us made reservations in advance and were excited to go. However after arriving we were told they never had our reservation and would not be able to be seat us that night... our exact reason for making the reservation was to avoid this issue (waiting hours for dinner in OBX). Worst part was that the staff was so rude and unapologetic about the situation. We understand confusion happens sometimes when you are busy but to disrespect your customers when it was not their mistake does not make anyone want to support them. They had no intention of trying to accommodate our large group and believed we did not make a reservation. Apparently they have "highly trained" hostess' but... that was absolutely NOT shown. Even though I heard they had great food I will not go back to support this restaurant.

  Worst experience I have ever had! Made a reservation but never received the supposed text to confirm it. I had a very large party and an infant which is why we called three days in advanced. The hostess were extremely rude and a large gentleman with a beard screamed at us. They made a mistake and as someone who worked in the restaurant business for several years I understand things happen but I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. The manager finally came over and apologized as well as offered us a gift card, but then told us he couldn't give it to us now and will have to mail it "sometime soon". Awesome! There isn't a lot of restaurants in this area. Good luck to them! I would definitely recommend looking at your front door staff and the bearded man if you want to keep this place open. This is our SECOND rude experience.....not the first!
